How to Apply

The Resident Program at Yale participates in the electronic application process sponsored by the American Association of Medical Colleges. Applications can be accessed at www.aamc.org/eras.

Applications will be ranked, and selected candidates will be invited to the Department for a personal interview. In addition to meeting with our faculty and residents, applicants will tour the Medical Center, the operating rooms, and the intensive care units. After all interview sessions are completed, the applicants will be ranked, and highest-ranked individuals' names will be submitted to the NRMP for the Match Program.
